  4. No support is provided for third-party customizations; we are responsible only for our product and custom work.

  5. Customization, modification, or custom work support is not included post-purchase; 6 months of support covers product errors/bugs.

  6. For dedicated support, users can hire our services separately via the email or Telegram provided.

Note: Our complimentary support does not include installation and customization requests.
